At Craftrz, we offer free global shipping on all orders over $150). For purchases under $150, a shipping fee of $30 will be borne by the customer. We take special care to make sure the products reach our customers in a satisfied, safe and quick manner. We use FedEx/DHL for shipping all other international orders and DHL for shipping all local orders.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched. This email will include details about courier and related tracking information. The production and delivery times are as follows:

- Production time per pair — 3-7 days (you will be notified for any delays in the production timeline)
DELIVERY TIME
- International orders — 3-7 business days through FedEx /DHL
- Local orders — 3 business days through DHL/TCS
